Co-Creating an Open-Source Learning Pack

Co-Creating an Open-Source Learning Pack

Saturday 14 March 2026 | 10am–4pm

This final workshop brings the journey together. It is an invitation to reflect, document, and share what we have learned about digital infrastructure, community networking, and open-source tools.

Open to people who have taken part in the earlier workshops, and those who already have experience or interest in community tech, documentation, or facilitation, this session focuses on turning lived experience into something reusable and useful for others.

Together, we will:

  • Reflect on what worked, what surprised us, and what felt most empowering
  • Learn practical documentation and knowledge-sharing skills
  • Co-create clear guides, diagrams, activities, and explanations based on the workshops
  • Shape these materials into an accessible, open-source learning pack that other communities can adapt and build on

The aim is not perfection, but generosity: sharing what we know so that others can better understand, question, and reclaim digital infrastructure for themselves. By the end of the day, we will have collaboratively produced a learning resource rooted in real experience, open, practical, and designed for community use.

No prior writing or design expertise is required, just a willingness to collaborate, reflect, and contribute to the common good.
